The document storage and sharing capabilities have saved our company thousands of dollars because of the ability of everyone on the team to see and use the most current set of plans. I only have to upload the plans or changes one time, and Procore notifies the entire team that new plans are available for their use. What a time saver. I highly recommend Procore. I have been fortunate to use Procore on several projects in the past couple of years. The ease with which I can coordinate with all the consultants, the contractor and my clients using Procore is amazing. The built in reminder features are like a checklist for me to stay on top of everything that the team needs from me as the design professional, and the ease of communication with everyone on the team makes Procore my preferred project management solution. I especially like the Meeting Minutes feature and the way that Procore keeps all of the logs (plans, RFIs, Submittals) up to date. Everyone one on the project can view the status of all of these items any time they need to. I would recommend Procore to construction and design professionals as well as developers because of the superior coordination that Procore provides from the inception of the project right through project completion. Our company has performed HVAC work on multiple projects using Procore. I find the system easy to use, and I am able to get the information I need to maximize my company’s performance on every job. Our biggest challenge is the tracking of our submittals and knowing when we are scheduled to be on the job. Procore give me real time access to the submittal information and where my submittals stand. No more guessing who’s got them and when I am getting my approvals. I also can use the schedule feature to know when I am scheduled to be on the job so that I can plan my material deliveries and manpower. Every time there is a change in schedule, I get notified. This feature alone saves me time and money so that I can maximize my manpower. I wish all the general contractors I worked for used Procore.
